Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care – Night Shift – Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a telemetry unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication
• Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patient
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers
• Promote a healing environment with a focus on safety and professional development

Requirements

• RN license
• Nursing Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience preferred for higher qualification
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times
