About the role
Join a supportive and collaborative nursing team in a community-based care unit, providing exceptional patient care in a stable day-shift schedule. This role is open to both new graduate and experienced Registered Nurses with ADN, BSN, or MSN degrees.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with the interprofessional team
- Ensuring evidence-based practices for optimal outcomes
- Evaluating patient conditions
- Documenting care
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (or 2‑5 years for preferred qualifications)
- Nursing diploma or higher
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with additional experience
