Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time Day Shift

About the role

Join a supportive and collaborative care unit as a Registered Nurse, providing exceptional patient-centered care in a community-based hospital setting. This role is open to both new graduate and experienced RNs with ADN, BSN, or MSN degrees.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post‑treatment care, and medication administration
• Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Delivering safe, effective care
• Fostering patient and family engagement
• Ensuring effective communication across care teams

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree or higher
• Current RN licensure
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience
