Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care activities and serve as patient advocate
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain professional competence and mentor colleagues
• Ensure confidentiality, safety, and adherence to standards
• Support shared governance and organizational goals

Key Duties

• Monitor patient conditions and prioritize patient needs
• Develop and communicate care plans
• Document care activities accurately
• Educate patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive work environment
• Uphold organizational policies and standards

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state)
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required or obtainable upon hire
• Demonstrated clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to growth
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
