Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state)
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS (required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to professional development
• Leadership qualities to mentor others
