Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care - Cardiology

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team.Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, and adjusting care plans accordingly.Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families on health issues.Supporting performance improvement initiatives and contributing to quality and safety standards.Mentoring and fostering professional growth among nursing staff.Maintaining professional licenses, certifications, and staying current with industry best practices.Participating in shared governance, ensuring confidentiality, safety, and adherence to organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).All required certifications upon hire, including BLS and ACLS.Licenses valid for practice (RN license or multi-state compact).Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional development and quality improvement. Additional duties: Support organizational initiatives, promote the nursing profession, and ensure compliance with policies.
