Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient PRN

Position Summary

The RN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient/family/caregiver as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations as established by the State Board of Registered Nursing, the patient, and the policies of Bluegrass Care Navigators. This position reports to the Executive Director and/or Clinical Nursing Officer.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited school of professional (registered) nursing.
• Currently licensed as an RN through the State Board of Nursing.
• At least one-year general nursing experience is preferred with current hospice, home health, medical, surgical or critical care experience.
• Experience with providing good pain management, IV skills preferred.
• New nursing graduates will be considered along with other life experiences and interest in working in the hospice field.
