Registered Nurse RN - Inpatient Acute Rehab

Overview

Department: Inpatient Acute Rehab
Schedule: Days, 7:00am–7:30pm, 12-hour shifts
Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
Location: Chicago, IL 60631

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Physical Rehabilitation Department.
• Assume direct responsibility and accountability for care given to assigned patients.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS Certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Two (2) years of Cardiac Nursing experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay

$35.35 to $53.58 per hour, with exact starting compensation determined at time of hire based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
