Registered Nurse - RN - Acute Rehab

About the Role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse on our 20-bed Certified Acute Rehab Unit, specializing in Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, Cardiac, and complicated Med Surg patients ages 18 and older. The average length of stay for patients is 2-3 weeks, offering the opportunity to connect and build relationships with patients on their road to recovery.

We are a team-oriented unit that provides opportunities to manage a wide range of diagnoses and advance your nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients in an acute rehab setting.
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented unit.
• Manage a wide range of patient diagnoses.

Requirements

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing (BSN or ADN).
• BLS provider certification (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire.
• 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome).

Pay

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

Schedule

Rotating shift between Days and Evenings. 8-hour shifts.
