Registered Nurse (RN) Infusion Center

As an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a critical role in supporting patients receiving infusion therapies while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive experience throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities
- Assess patients prior to treatment and monitor responses throughout infusion therapy.
- Administer IV medications, fluids, blood products, and other prescribed therapies according to provider orders and established protocols.
- Establish and maintain peripheral IV access and care for central lines, PICC lines, and implanted ports.
- Monitor adverse reactions and initiate appropriate interventions when needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an associate's degree nursing (ADN) or a bachelor's degree nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS Current
- ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card
- Active Washington RN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
- Oncology, infusion, or outpatient clinic experience Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or required within established timeframe, based on facility needs.

Pay
Job Type: FT | Days Wage scale: $42.14 - $78.11 per hour. This is a Union Position.
