Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, organ injuries, and post-operative complications. Monitor patients using advanced technology such as arterial lines, cardiac output, capnography, and oximetry. Collaborate with a team of Intensivists, Clinical Leaders, RNs, and techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to clinical protocols and standards. Qualifications & Skills Active Connecticut RN license required.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.Minimum of one year of Acute Care RN experience. Key Duties: Deliver personalized, comprehensive care in a small community setting within a larger health system, supporting patients with complex needs. Work every other weekend and holiday shifts, contributing to a regional healthcare resource dedicated to community well-being.
