Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

About the Role

Provides high-quality, patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Communicates patient conditions effectively, responding promptly to changes. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care. Supports the nursing profession through collegial interactions and reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school with current Connecticut licensure.
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, obtained upon hire or during orientation, maintained throughout employment.

Skills & Competencies

• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills.
