About the role
Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Nights Registered Nurse (RN) for their CCU (Cardiac Care Unit).
Responsibilities
- Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
- Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
- Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care.
- Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record.
- Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
Requirements
- A current state RN license.
- An associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply and will be supported through our 1-year residency program.
- American Society of Blood Banking (ASLS) certification preferred.

- Current CPR certification.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is available for Night Shifts.
