Registered Nurse, (RN) House Supervisor NonExempt

As a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor you will provide after‑hours leadership, serve as a resource for staff, assist in patient care, and be responsible for overall quality of patient care in the facility. Responsibilities

• Provide after‑hours leadership and supervision.
• Function as a resource person for staff.
• Assist in patient care activities.
• Ensure overall quality of patient care in the facility.
• Report to the Senior or Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required).
• Physical demands: frequent computer use and repetitive hand/arm movements; occasional standing, walking, sitting, and light patient handling; exposure to biological and chemical hazards including blood, bodily fluids, and latex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.

Schedule

Rotating schedule with every other weekend.
