Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor

Role: House Supervisor (RN) responsible for overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and bed placement to ensure efficient hospital functioning.Serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments, providing guidance, education, and support for quality patient care.Manage hospital-wide situations, monitor data, and handle administrative duties in leadership's absence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; leadership experience is a plus.Current RN license in the practice state; BLS certification required, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC as per guidelines. Core Focus: Inpatient nursing, hospital operations, and team leadership.
