About the role
We are seeking a Universal Hospice RN to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients and their families in hospice settings.
Responsibilities
- Manage a primary caseload
- Deliver person-centered care in compliance with Medicare, Ohio licensure laws, and agency policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' needs
Requirements
- Valid Ohio RN license
- 2-4 years of experience in hospice or home care
Qualifications
