About the role

A private duty registered nurse position is available in the Westpart of Cleveland. The role requires high flexibility and availability for both AM and PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare providers
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
