Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients by utilizing the nursing process and meeting established patient care standards.
• Serves as an advocate for patients/families.
• Adheres to the mission and values of Lakes Regional Healthcare in all aspects of job performance.
• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care to both hospice and home care patients as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited licensed school of nursing.
• Associate degree in nursing.
• One-year medical surgical and/or home care/hospice nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the State of Iowa.
• BLS and Child & Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting certification or willingness to obtain according to Education Policy.
