Position Summary
Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in the comfort of the patients' homes, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, offering support, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They need strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year, determined by experience, knowledge, skills, location, and internal equity and alignment with market data.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted CA RN License
- One year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
