Responsibilities
- Providing independent, high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans
- Documenting care accurately using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
Requirements
- A valid RN license
- Experience in wound care and wound vac management
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certification
Qualifications
- Preferred additional certifications in home health or geriatrics
