Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care, York County

MaineHealth · Saco, ME · 3 days ago
On-site$37.09–$50.17/hrOther

Start and end your day at your kitchen table—no hospital rush, just a schedule that works for you. As a Home Care RN, you’ll have the freedom to manage your day, the independence to work on your own, and the chance to slow things down and focus on one patient at a time. This is where nursing gets personal. You’ll build real relationships, see the direct impact of your care, and help guide patients through recovery while coordinating with physicians, specialists, and families along the way.

About the role

This salaried role offers flexibility and work-life balance, but we also believe extra effort should be recognized—so if you take on more visits or help out beyond the usual, you’ll be paid for it. We offer flexible 8:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts each week, designed to support better work-life balance and provide more flexibility during the school day for parents and caregivers. While the role does include a weekend and holiday rotation, the weekday schedule allows for more time at home and easier coordination around family responsibilities.

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience. Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a full or part-time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
