About the role

BAYADA is seeking RNs to provide 1:1 care across the south metro of Minnesota. You’ll receive clinical mentorship, paid training, and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Receive clinical mentorship and training
• Build a schedule that supports personal and professional goals

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay

• $35–41/hour in Minnesota (including overnight and weekend shift differentials)

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No Weekend Requirement
