Responsibilities

• Patient assessment
• Care coordination
• Symptom management
• Patient education
• Treatment planning support
• Triage
• Collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in Hematology and/or Oncology
• BSN preferred
• Oncology and/or Hematology certification preferred
