Registered Nurse (RN) - Healthcare Manager - $59-95 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate the risk management program
• Collaborate with departments to develop safety initiatives
• Serve as a resource on risk issues
• Coordinate legal reviews, manage claims and legal cases, attend legal proceedings, and maintain legal and insurance documentation
• Participate in quality improvement, reporting events, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Promote a safe environment and contribute to performance improvement activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a patient care field
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience
• Preferred: risk/patient safety experience and certifications such as CPHRM or CPPS
• Strong leadership, project management, influence, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Schedule

This is a full-time role with day shifts and a Monday to Friday schedule.
