About the role
Responsible for providing compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and document resident health status
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current state RN license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Knowledgeable in medication administration
- Skilled in patient assessment and documentation
