Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.
• Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
• Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
• Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
• Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements.
• Facilitate the resolution of patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
• Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• BLS Certification required.
