Texas Health Azle is a 36-bed, community-based hospital serving the tri-county area since the 1950s. We provide exceptional care to the suburban areas of Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown and surrounding areas. We're accredited through The Joint Commission for disease specific care of Chest Pain patients and we are accredited through the Texas Department of Health & Human Services as a Level IV Support Stroke facility, a Level IV Trauma Center and a Pathways to Excellence-designated hospital.
We specialize in outpatient surgery, rehabilitative physical and hand therapy, and advanced imaging like mammography and CT scanning. We are a top choice in North Texas for emergency services, radiology services, rehabilitation and much more.

Requirements
- Nursing Diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program
- RN - Registered Nurse license upon hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually within 90 days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course within 12 months
