Registered Nurse (RN) | Full Time | Operating Room
Job Description
The Registered Nurse at Singing River Health System is responsible for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process. They must be educated in nursing, licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi, and certified in relevant specialties. The role requires a minimum of one year of inpatient clinical experience within the past five years, with additional certifications required within twelve to eighteen months.
- BCLS certification upon hire and/or transfer
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP certifications as required by specialty
- De-escalation training completed by 90 days
- Physical demands: moderate activity, sitting, moving about the office and facility, traveling within SRHS service area
- Mental demands: keen mental faculties, assessment and decision-making abilities, superior communication skills, emotional stability, ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, attention to detail
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from an NLN school of nursing, a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, rotating with call, at Singing River Ocean Springs Hospital.
