Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time On-Call Community Hospice

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and family needs during evenings and overnight hours.
• Provide skilled nursing assessments, symptom management, and supportive care in homes and nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure continuity of care and promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Valid NYS RN license required.
• 1-2 years previous RN experience required, homecare and/or Hospice experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn/use an electronic medical record.
• Clean Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Prioritize your safety with comprehensive training and protective equipment.
• Meetings and charting conducted via supplied laptop.

Pay

Pay Range for non-per diem: $38.00-$50.18
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.

Schedule

Full-time evening or overnight shifts. Every other weekend commitment required.
