About the Role
Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (7p-7a) opportunity. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is a 140-bed hospital providing inpatient services for adolescents, adults, military, veterans, and first responders. The facility features a spacious cafeteria, gymnasium, art/activity room, group rooms, classrooms, and other amenities to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients and their families. Care is provided 24 hours a day by registered nurses, alongside psychiatrists, licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists, and teachers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during vulnerable times.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality psychiatric and substance abuse treatment.
- Participate in a supportive and responsive leadership environment with opportunities for professional growth and skills diversification.
Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in Kentucky (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65+.
