Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Nights
Position Summary
Provides planning and delivery of both direct and indirect patient care through the comprehensive nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as appropriate. Communicates clinically significant changes in patient condition to Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and team members as needed. Engages in and supports the discharge planning process to help ensure safe and effective transitions of care.
Pay
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification is not acceptable)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames
