About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, ensuring individualized treatment based on clinical standards and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Partners with patients and families
• Coordinates care and promotes teamwork
• Ensures accurate documentation
• Supports performance improvement and research initiatives
• Develops protocols
• Ensures compliance with policies and standards

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of five years' direct patient care experience
