We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Position Summary, Responsibilities, Benefits, Qualifications. Also maybe About the hospital description. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - Havenwyck Hospital description (intro) – could be "About the role" or maybe "About the hospital". The instructions say we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can have a section "About the role" containing the description of hospital and position summary? Or we could separate "About the role" and "Responsibilities". Let's see content: Paragraph: "Havenwyck Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited and licensed psychiatric hospital, overlooking Lake Galloway in Auburn Hills, Michigan. We specialize in providing comprehensive, compassionate behavioral health services to children, adolescents and adults. It is the ultimate goal of our dedicated staff to build strength, confidence and knowledge within each patient, in hopes that they may continue learning and understanding their needs and practicing self-care for the rest of their lives." Then "Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care for psychiatric patients, including child, adolescent and chemical dependency patients using the nursing process. This position also assesses mental health needs, develops nursing diagnoses, identifies outcomes, plans and evaluates nursing care. In addition, this position monitors the effects and side effects of medications and treatments ordered by a physician, and ensures the safety and provides milieu management and crisis intervention strategies. Participates in the development, interpretation and implementation of the department’s philosophy, objectives, standards, policies and procedures. Utilizes the nursing process in planning, providing and evaluating each patient’s care, and produces a written nursing assessment and up-to-date individualized care plan. Develops measurable goals on the Individualized Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team and patient. Modifies nursing component of the Master Treatment Plan as required by changing patient needs, as determined by evaluation of care administered and established standards of care. Keeps treatment plan updated; reviews the plan with patients." That's responsibilities/duties. Then there is a line: "If you would like to learn more about this position before applying, please contact Havenwyck Hospital at 248-373-9200." That's application instruction/contact; we should remove application instructions. So drop that. Then "Benefit Highlights" list: Challenging and rewarding work environment, Competitive Compensation & Generous Paid Time Off, Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan, 401(K) with company match and discounted stock plan, Career development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ Subsidiaries, Free Basic Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, SoFi Student Loan Refinancing Program, Student Loan Repayment Program - for some degrees and criteria. That's benefits; we can create Benefits section with

    • . Then there is a paragraph: "What do our current employees value at Havenwyck Hospital and UHS? An environment that puts patient care first. One of the most rewarding aspects of this job is providing excellent care, comfort, and security to the patients and families you treat, at their most vulnerable times. Supportive and responsive leadership. You are never alone, as you are part of a large network of peer co-workers that routinely exchange ideas and review current topics within the industry. Having the opportunity to grow, learn, and advance in your career. There are very robust continuing education options and opportunities for skills diversification and career advancement with UHS." That could be part of "About the role" or maybe "About the hospital". Could be considered "About the role" as it's describing work environment. We'll include in About the role. Then "About Universal Health Services" description: big paragraph about UHS. That's also about the employer; could be part of About the role or separate "About the company". Since we only have headings list, we could use "About the role" to encompass both hospital and UHS description. Or we could have "About the role" and "About Universal Health Services" but that's not in allowed headings list; but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could still use other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Thus we need sections: About the role (hospital description, position summary, employee values, UHS overview), Responsibilities (duties), Benefits (list), Qualifications (list). Possibly also Requirements? But Qualifications covers. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not specified. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove EEO statement, scam warning, etc. We must not duplicate lines. Now craft HTML:

Then Responsibilities: Actually the position summary already includes duties; but we could still have Responsibilities section with bullet list of duties. However we already included duties in prose in About the role. To avoid duplication, we could move duties to Responsibilities section as bullet list, and keep About the role more about hospital and values. Let's decide: The instruction says "Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So we should convert duties to list if they are enumerated. The posting has duties in paragraph form, not explicit bullet list. But we could still make a list if we want; but we must preserve all substantive information. We could keep as prose under Responsibilities

. That's fine. Thus we will have:

        Responsibilities
