Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical/Surg at a hospital setting. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by team members, coordinate patient care across departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure in Missouri or compact state, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience and additional certifications are preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive patient care, ensure safety and confidentiality, collaborate with healthcare team, and maintain professional accountability.
