About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents and providing independent supervision and delivery of care to residents in the nursing unit.

Responsibilities

  • Assess resident needs
  • Develop and modify individual care plans for patients
  • Follow state and Federal rules and regulations governing facility practices

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
  • 6–12 months of experience in a skilled nursing setting (SNF/LTC highly preferred)
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Pay

$52.00 – $61.50 per hour (based on licensed experience)

$8,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires.

Full-time, night shift (NOC)
