Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time- Day Shift

Schedule

Full Time, 12 Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Pay

$40.12–$54.00 per hour, based on years of experience. Sign-on bonus: $15,000.

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical-illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses (RNs) play a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment during some of the most vulnerable moments of patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Respond competently in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
