Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time - Day Shift

About the role

RUSH Specialty Hospital is a 100-bed facility that integrates a critical illness recovery hospital with an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit. The hospital focuses on providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients requiring extended healing and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into the setting.
• Participate in clinical ladder program and pursue certifications like PCCN and CCRN.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications may include clinical experience.

Pay

• Base rate based on years of experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000.

Schedule

• Full-time, day shift, 12-hour shifts.
• Shift differentials available for night and/or weekend shifts.
