Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Day

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized patient care within a hospital's Post Intensive Care unit. The role involves organizing and delivering age-specific, individualized nursing care, supporting patient teaching, discharge planning, and participating in performance improvement activities. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferredActive NJ RN License or Multistate License with NJ endorsementBLS certification, with ACLS certification required within six months of hireAt least one year of RN experience on a telemetry unit is preferred Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with regulatory standards and institutional policiesParticipating in patient education, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiativesAdhering to the Department of Nursing's philosophy and ethical standards Skills And Attributes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying departmental needs Additional Information Full-time night shift with every other weekend requiredCompensation ranges from $47.62 to $63.73 per hour, based on experience and credentialsOffers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs
