The registered nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate nursing care across various units, including Long-Term Care, Memory Care, and Post Acute Care, in a supportive, homelike environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care to promote health, safety, and well-being.
• Deliver person-centered care tailored to individual needs and conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Relevant clinical experience, varying by unit specialization.
• Strong communication, compassionate caregiving, and teamwork skills.
