Pay

Hourly rate range: $42–$58. Earn up to an additional $7/hr with shift differentials. Referral bonuses up to $3,000 per full-time employee referred.

About the Role

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the unit. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. May perform Charge Nurse duties if ACLS-certified.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides (or compact licensure if applicable)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA-approved within 90 days of employment)
  • ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment (AHA-approved)
  • ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses
  • One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
