Registered Nurse (RN) - FT, Nights

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load.
• Help patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.
• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Requirements

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.

Qualifications

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
• Clinical experience (preferred).

Pay

$43.11 - $58/hr (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential

Full-Time, Nights 7pm - 7:30am (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)
