Pay
Hourly rate range: $42–$58. Earn up to an additional $7/hr with shift differentials. Referral bonuses up to $3,000 per full-time employee referred.

About the Role
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. May perform Charge Nurse duties (ACLS certification required).
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates
- Current BLS certification (AHA approved within 90 days of employment)
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment (current ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses)
Qualifications
One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
