Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
- Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans.
- Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met.
- Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
- Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term healthcare facility is a plus.
- Must possess a current CPR license.

Pay
The salary for this role ranges from $36.00 to $44.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials. Bonuses or other incentives may be offered separately and are paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. Offers will consider factors such as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.
