Registered Nurse (RN) - Float - Weekend Program

Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a weekend-only program to support the med/surg float team across multiple hospitals and communities. Responsibilities include: providing patient-focused care across diverse departments and conditions, applying clinical knowledge, and ensuring safe, quality patient outcomes. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a preferred Bachelor's degree. At Least 2 Years Of RN Experience Is Preferred. Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification. Specialty certification is advantageous. Skills & Qualities: Strong clinical skills, adaptability to various departments, patient-centered approach, and effective communication. Key Duties: delivering bedside care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining compliance with licensing and safety standards.
