Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool

About the role

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a Full-time RN Float Pool to join our team. The position offers a Nights $20,000 sign-on bonus to well-qualified applicants.

Schedule

Nights (7p-7a), 3x12 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient condition, communicates with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Floats throughout the building to support departments and staff as needed.

Requirements

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of bedside RN experience, with 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency with diverse clinical software systems.
• Initiative and flexibility to adapt to various roles within the facility.

Pay
