About the Role
Aurora Family Medicine in Kenosha, WI, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care team. Our family practice provides high-quality, personalized care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, acute illness treatment, chronic disease management, and specialist referrals when needed.
Responsibilities
As an RN, you will:
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and enhance the patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Wisconsin).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- A minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
