Registered Nurse RN Dual Diagnosis
Day Shift RN (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) on the Behavioral Recovery Unit for an adult dual-diagnosis program. This position will float as needed to other units, including crisis stabilization, acute inpatient adult, and acute inpatient adolescent programs. Full-time RNs are eligible for a $20,000 bonus.

At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 136-bed facility in West Columbia, SC, we provide a secure environment focused on healing, hope, treatment, and recovery. Our services include psychiatric care, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual-diagnosis treatment through inpatient programs for adolescents and adults. Outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program for psychiatric day treatment and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program with day and evening sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on the Behavioral Recovery Unit for adults with dual diagnoses.
- Float to other units as needed, including crisis stabilization, acute inpatient adult, and acute inpatient adolescent programs.
Qualifications
- Current license or permit to practice as a registered nurse in the state of employment.

- Shift differentials:
- Weekday 2nd shift: $6.25
- Weekend 2nd shift: $9.00
- Weekday 3rd shift: $7.00
- Weekend 3rd shift: $10.00
- Weekend 1st shift: $8.00
