Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis Lead - FT | Fargo Rehab

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients on the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
• Oversee dialysis treatments required by patients suffering from acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.

Requirements

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification (initially required, then required after 90 days of employment)
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) is preferred but not required.
