About the Role

Join our team as a Nurse Manager at The McAuley, where you will oversee daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional care for our residents. This is an opportunity to lead in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, incorporating our Mission, Vision, and Values into every decision.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws while maintaining ethical practices.
• Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.
• Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.
• Participate in call rotation.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.
• 2 years of full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, with at least 1 year in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.
• Compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
