Registered Nurse (RN) - Days

About the role

Sign-on bonus of $10,000.00 available. Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital focused on providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The role of a Registered Nurse (RN) is central to this mission.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into the setting.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications include clinical experience.

Pay

$39.66 to $53.40 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Full Time Days (7am - 7pm).
